1. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

To maintain the integrity of our digital directory and consulting infrastructure, the following charges are strictly non-refundable:

  • Form Registration Charges: Any fees paid towards the registration of application forms, entrance exam guidance, or profile evaluation are non-refundable once the process has been initiated.
  • Onboarding Charges: All onboarding fees for partners, institutions, or study centers are one-time payments. These are non-refundable as they cover the administrative costs of setup, verification, and digital integration.

2. REGISTERED STUDY CENTERS & PERFORMANCE

College For Admission maintains strict quality standards for all associated study centers.

  • Right to Write-Off: If a registered study center is found to be non-performing, failing to meet service benchmarks, or violating the code of conduct, College For Admission reserves the full right to "write off" or terminate the registration of said study center.
  • Forfeiture of Fees: In the event of such a termination due to non-performance or breach of terms, any payments made towards onboarding, registration, or membership will not be refunded.

3. GENERAL REFUND GUIDELINES

We make every effort to provide services as per the specifications and timelines mentioned. If we are unable to provide the purchased service for reasons solely attributable to us, a refund may be considered under these specific situations:

For Candidates & Students:

  • Deficiency of Service: Refunds are considered only if there is a clear, documented deficiency in the service provided directly by our portal.
  • Change of Mind: Requests for refunds based on a "change of mind" or a personal decision to opt out of a course after payment will not be entertained.
  • Third-Party Payments: If a candidate pays an institution or a trainer directly (e.g., via a "Pay Later" or "Direct Deposit" option), College For Admission is not liable for any refunds. The transaction is strictly between the payer and the receiver.

For Institutional Partners/Trainers:

  • Membership & Subscription: Refund requests for subscription plans must be raised within 5 days of the plan's start date.
  • Promotional Plans: No refunds will be processed for payments made towards lead generation, premium listings, or promotional advertisements.
  • Event Cancellation: In the event that a partner/trainer cancels or indefinitely postpones a scheduled session, a refund will be processed by the party that originally received the payment.

4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approval: Once a refund request is received and verified, you will be notified of the approval or rejection via your registered email.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your bank account within 21 (twenty-one) business days.
  • Taxes: All refunds are applicable only to the service component. Government taxes and transaction fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Submission: All requests must be sent to our official customer care email ID from your registered email address, including full transaction details.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

College For Admission (Insysd Corporation Private Limited) shall not be held responsible for any loss or interruption of service due to natural disasters (Force Majeure) or third-party server failures.
