• Deficiency of Service: Refunds will only be considered if there is a clear, visible deficiency in the service purchased directly from our portal.
• Change of Mind: If a user has paid for a service and requests a refund solely due to a change of mind, the refund shall not be considered.
• Timing: Refund requests will not be entertained within 48 hours of a scheduled event or service deadline mentioned on the website. In such cases, we may offer the option to apply the paid amount toward an alternative service of equivalent value.
• Post-Completion: If a refund request is raised after the service has been completed or the event date has passed (and communicated as such via email or other forms), the request will be deemed invalid.
